Purpose of This Website

The Central Condominium Governance & Transparency Project is an independent owner-led initiative dedicated to preserving records, documenting governance activities, promoting transparency, and assisting current and prospective owners in understanding the management and operation of The Central Condominium Association.

The objective of this project is to create a centralized, organized, and accessible repository of information relating to the governance, administration, finances, maintenance, projects, and history of the Association.
